TU Delft co-develops the assessment methodology with KPMG, leads the resilience engine and coordinates the project. It will host the Open Knowledge Hub and support pilot validation.
KPMG leads the resilience assessment framework and industry uptake work. It contributes regulatory analysis, virtual test cases, economic assessment and adoption strategies.
Heineken leads two industrial pilots in packaging procurement and brewery operations. It provides operational data and use cases for evaluating regulatory, climate and market risks.
Life-Links supports ESG validation, ethical sourcing and stakeholder engagement across the project. It contributes to pilot evaluation, policy alignment and uptake by SMEs and public-sector users.
